The Consultant

Charelle M. Lopena

Charelle is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and an Authorized Representative of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). She started her practice in March 2009 and has helped clients gain immigrant and citizenship status in Canada.

Charelle came to Canada as an immigrant. Hence, she can relate well and understand her clients' needs and immigration journey. Her patience and honesty ensure that every client is treated with high regard. 

Our services are provided by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). This ensures client protection, a commitment to high standards of immigration consulting, and authorized representation.

The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants is the only regulatory body of immigration and citizenship consultants in Canada. 

Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) authorizes members in good standing of CICC to represent clients for a fee in immigration and citizenship matters.
